From Start to Success: How We Got Here

Before there was Apex, there were four expert teams supporting your success. Learn how and when Apollo, Aqua Treat, Guardian CSC, and Weas Engineering came to be.

1975

Aqua Treat Founded

Driven to help partners achieve more sustainable operations, Aqua Treat specialized in serving a wide range of industrial and commercial clients with complex water management requirements.

1980

Weas Engineering Founded

Providing water management programs for boiler, cooling, reverse osmosis, and wastewater systems, Weas Engineering was dedicated to achieving the best possible operating results for its partners.

1988

Guardian CSC Founded

A full-service provider, Guardian CSC developed water treatment plans, water treatment system design, water treatment system monitoring, and complete system service with hands-off delivery.

2019

Apollo Water Services / Apollo Technology Group Founded

Apollo was dedicated to combining the flexibility of a regional provider and the expansive solutions of a larger company, delivering customized solutions to each of its partners.

2020

Apollo Ag Technologies Founded

Providing engineering and equipment for agricultural solutions, Apollo Ag Technologies ensured efficient, effective operations across each of its partnerships.

2023

Apex Water + Process Founded

A new collective committed to comprehensive, collaborative success, Apex brings the unique, seasoned expertise of four companies together as one.

Apollo, headquartered in Minnesota, was backed by a nationwide team, allowing them to offer comprehensive water, process and agricultural services and leverage expert design and engineering. Apollo took a vertically integrated approach by acquiring Custom Fab Solutions and Western Water Technologies, to excel in offering end-to-end services from design to implementation. Now, as part of the Apex team, Apollo will continue its legacy of offering expertly tailored engineering services, delivering vertically integrated solutions that cover each client’s needs from end to end.

Aqua Treat was recognized for its expertise in delivering innovative water and process solutions. Based in Fresno, California, their team of engineers focused on addressing each customer’s specific needs with an emphasis on sustainability and effective, eco-friendly solutions. Together, alongside fellow Apex visionaries, they look forward to working one-on-one with new clients to optimize their water treatment process and create a more vibrant future.

Guardian CSC, located in York, PA, established itself as a leader in water treatment and equipment through a strong focus on engineering and consulting services. The company built a reputation for training, developing lasting relationships with customers and providing tailored solutions. This customer-centric approach, along with an unwavering dedication to engineering excellence, has made them a key component of the Apex mission.

Weas Engineering, based in Westfield, Indiana, provided a combination of treatment products and equipment solutions to help achieve the best possible operating results for its customers. Recognizing the varied requirements of different facilities, the team excelled in designing customized products, services, and water management programs. This allowed them to craft individualized processing systems and water management programs with each facility’s needs at heart.
