CDU - Chemical Delivery Unit

Engineered for large-scale operations and high-purity applications, Chemical Delivery Units (CDU) are equipped with two high-performance chemical feed pumps. Available in both Polypropylene and Stainless Steel models, it adeptly handles a wide range of chemicals—including acids, bases, caustics, and solvents—while maintaining material integrity and purity. Designed to SEMI S2 and S8 standards, our CDUs ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with industry codes.
